An expired domain takes down your client’s website and email together, and can end up in the hands of domain resellers. It’s the most avoidable outage there is.
The problem
The domain is often in your client’s name. The problem is yours.
Expired credit cards, renewal emails caught in spam, registrars changed years ago: client domains lapse for trivial reasons, and the agency gets the blame.
Checking them by hand across dozens of registrars isn’t realistic.
How it works
We ask the registry directly.

For most domains we query RDAP, the registries’ official structured service.

WHOIS when needed
For registries without RDAP, such as .it, we read WHOIS and parse its dates.

You get a warning a month ahead and a critical alert in the last week.

Frequently asked questions
Do you check country-code domains like .it?
Yes. Registries without RDAP, like .it, are read through WHOIS to find the expiry date.
What if the registry doesn’t publish an expiry date?
Some registries keep it private: in that case the site page says so clearly instead of showing a wrong date.
